After the call you get a one-page summary for each job we discussed, and our data handling sheet so your IT can review it before any data moves.

We're not a manufacturer. Can we still work with you?

Yes. Our examples come from manufacturing because that's where most of our Scans start, but the Scan works the same way for any company with a job done by hand and data spread across more than one system. Our first client is a financial services group. Book a call and tell us about the job.

What if our data isn't ready?

That is a normal result, not a failure. The Scan tells you exactly what to fix, what it costs, and what the job will be worth once it's fixed. Your Scan fee comes off the readiness plan.

Why not just buy a tool?

Sometimes you should. If a product, or a feature in software you already pay for, does the job better, the Scan says so and we can set it up for you.

Do we need a data hub first?

No. Every job can run on its own. A shared data hub becomes the cheaper, sturdier choice once several jobs use the same customers, parts or systems. We tell you when you reach that point, and why.

How much of our team's time does it take?

About 2 hours for the Scan: a kickoff call and the readout. Plus one person who can pull the exports on our checklist.

Is it secure?

Every build is secure by design: read-only access where possible, the least access needed, and a person approves before anything is saved.
